BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – TRANSPORTATION

Hegelmann Group is expanding and looking for a business development manager for USA market. If you are motivated, have experience in transportation industry and looking to make an immediate impact within our company, this position is for you. Responsibilities

  • Active search for new customers and carriers, build client base for USA market
  • Timely prepare rates and quotes for customers and careers, conduct negotiations
  • Manage commercial offers, prepare and submit to clients
  • Manage customers daily shipping needs
  • Maintain communication with customer and carrier to ensure seamless load flow from pickup to delivery
  • Provide support and solutions to customers and carriers with any problems that may arise
  • Maintain transportation documentation
  • USA market analysis, initiation of development projects
  • Team building

Requirements

  • 2-3 years business development experience in transport industry working with USA market
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Existing book of carriers/clients is an advantage
  • Result-driven, ability to manage stressful situations, must be able to work within dynamic, fast changing marketplace

 

Salary starts from $40,000 a year. No limit on your earning potential.
